Fun with Pixels

I downloaded this nifty program for Macs called Pixen. You create pixel art with it. Before yesterday, I had no idea of the awesomeness one can create with millions of squares. There will definitely be more pixel art from me in the future.

I don't claim to fully understand technological things like pixels, but don't a lot of graphics programs use pixels?
However, I am in support of fun. And you're always having fun, Claire. This is good.

I love it. I love how her foot is big-it makes it look so real! I check your blog everyday to see what wonderful things you have drawn. I think you should put up new art work every day! Yet again, you amaze me! Love You!

PS-Is that you in the picture? She looks like you...she's very pretty ;)

So I went back and read my comment, and the foot thing didn't make sense. I meant that her foot makes her look like she is trying to jump off the paper or something. You know, like 3-D ish. I dont' know-maybe this is why I'm not an artist. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that I love it!

I'm gonna be completely honest...I don't know what to say. Your art is so good. That is about all I can say!

You definitely have a great style. I also really really like the background, as simple as it is...

yeah, I got help for the background from Chelsea Stebar's work. A simple rectangle goes a long way!
